Bangkok – South Africa’s Zandile Gabela Zwane is among the finalists at the Tourism Queen International 2026 pageant in Thailand, with final judging taking place today, Sunday 7 June 2026.
The pageant, which began on 1 June 2026, has brought together delegates from across the world for a week of cultural exchanges, tourism promotion activities, leadership engagements and judging events ahead of the grand finale.

Zwane, a former Mrs Africa Ambassador and Transcontinental titleholder, is representing South Africa at the competition. Her participation follows months of preparation after overcoming injuries sustained in a workplace accident earlier this year.

Tourism Queen International promotes tourism, cultural exchange, leadership and community development, with delegates serving as ambassadors for their countries and showcasing their nations’ tourism potential, cultural heritage and social impact initiatives to a global audience.
With final judging underway today, Zwane joins delegates from around the world in the race for the Tourism Queen International 2026 crown.
