A new textile factory is set to rise in Piggs Peak following the official commissioning by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade, Manqoba Khumalo, on Friday, 9th May 2025.

The E135 million project is part of the national directive to construct 10 factory shells each year, a vision championed by His Majesty King Mswati III to drive industrial growth and job creation.

Construction will take place over the next 14 months, with building works handled by Stefanutti Stocks and electrical installations by Obtuse Electrical. The facility is expected to generate over 1,000 jobs once completed and will be operated by a Liswati investor.
