MBABANE – The Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE) has welcomed 20 young graduates who will undergo six months of practical training as part of the Eswatini Youth Empowerment Programme (EYEP).
The intake, the largest under the programme so far, was officially introduced to the Bank’s operations during an induction session held yesterday in Mbabane. The initiative is designed to provide graduates with work experience aligned with their fields of study, while also preparing them for the demands of the labour market.
Deputy Governor Felicia Dlamini-Kunene addressed the interns during the orientation, saying their involvement would offer insight into how the Bank’s departments contribute to policy-making and economic governance.
