MBABANE – Deputy Prime Minister Thulisile Dladla has extended a warm invitation to all Emaswati to attend the historic Music and Arts Festival for Persons with Disabilities this Saturday at The Luke Commission. This marks the first festival of its kind in the country, celebrating the talents, skills, and self-sufficiency of persons with disabilities. The event also aims to break down stigma and encourage greater social inclusion.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed heartfelt gratitude to the festival’s sponsors and partners, including a major donor who chose to remain anonymous, the Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture, gospel artist Sipho Makhabane, The Luke Commission, the Bible Society of Eswatini, and other local artists who have pledged their support. Additional supporters will be revealed during the festival.
Tickets are currently on sale, with general admission priced at E100 and VIP tickets at E150. The festival will feature multiple categories, including music, poetry, fashion parade, drama, and fine arts, offering attendees a full day of creativity and inspiration.
