Mbabane – The Press Club of Eswatini has joined the Eswatini National Association of Journalists in mourning the passing of journalist Thokozani Mamba, describing his death as an untimely loss to the media fraternity and the communities he served throughout his career.
In a statement released on Thursday, April 30, 2026, the management and membership of the Press Club of Eswatini extended their heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the late Mamba, who worked with the Times of Eswatini and the Eswatini Observer.
“Through his journalism, he touched many lives, using his byline to craft news that informed, educated, and entertained. He also made a meaningful impact on the communities and sources he engaged with throughout his career,” the Press Club said. 
The organisation noted that Mamba had a promising future ahead of him and that he will be deeply missed by all who knew him and worked alongside him.
The Press Club of Eswatini extended its condolences to his family, friends, relatives and colleagues.
