Mbabane, 10 May 2025 — A total of 148 secondary school students from across Eswatini have completed a Job Shadowing Programme organised by JA Eswatini in partnership with the FNB Eswatini Foundation.

The initiative took place during the school holidays and involved learners being placed at 30 companies nationwide, where they were given the opportunity to gain practical insights into various career fields. The programme aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the workplace by providing real-world exposure.

A certificate ceremony to honour the participating students was held on Friday, 9 May, marking the end of the programme. The event recognised the learners’ commitment and enthusiasm throughout the experience.
