MBABANE – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has launched the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS), a centralised facility aimed at speeding up business approvals and enhancing service delivery for investors in Eswatini.
The launch took place on Monday, following an invitation from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade. The BOSS initiative comes in direct response to His Majesty King Mswati III’s directive at Sibaya and during the State Opening of the 12th Parliament’s second session, where a call was made for a more efficient system to support investors.

The Prime Minister said the timing of the launch coincides strategically with the country’s first-ever Investment Conference, which is expected to attract investors, policymakers, financiers, and key economic players to explore major investment opportunities and drive economic growth.
The facility is designed to streamline business registration and operational processes under one roof, improving Eswatini’s investment climate. The European Union, through the International Trade Centre, supported the initiative by offering technical guidance based on global best practices.
