Mother and toddler missing after trip to Ngwenya

MBABANE – The Royal Eswatini Police Service is searching for 22-year-old Neliswa Maziya and her two-year-old daughter, Nkosiyazi Maseko, who have been missing since July 6, 2025.

According to police reports, Maziya and her daughter were last seen at 9:00am when they left their home at Zibonele. She reportedly informed relatives she was travelling to Ngwenya-Oshoek to collect her belongings after losing her job.

Both have not returned home and efforts by family members to trace them have been unsuccessful.

Police have called on members of the public with information on their whereabouts to contact Pigg’s Peak police. RCB Assistant Superintendent Derrick Makhanya is reachable on 7608 9712, Desk Officer Inspector Motsa on 7605 8445, or the Pigg’s Peak Police Station on 2437 1222. Emergency numbers 999, 9999 or 112 are also open for tips.
