The awards are part of a national initiative to promote entrepreneurship in Eswatini, particularly among informal traders, young business owners, people with disabilities, and those leading the shift towards digital and climate-conscious business models.

FNB Eswatini and the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO) also used the occasion to unveil a Toyota Hilux Single Cab 2.4 GD6, valued at over E500,000. The vehicle will be handed over to the overall national winner at the 2025 edition of the awards.
