During his time in Lagos, Gaolathe toured two of Dangote’s flagship facilities, the Dangote Fertiliser Plant, which produces three million metric tonnes of urea annually, and the Dangote Refinery, an integrated refining complex with a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day.

A follow-up engagement is being considered for June 2026, this time on Botswana’s soil.
