Mbabane – The Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology is calling on all content creators in Eswatini to register on the newly established National Content Creators Register, as the government moves to build a formal database of the country’s growing digital creative sector.
The ministry says the register is aimed at strengthening the creative digital economy, improving how government engages with content creators and unlocking opportunities for collaboration and growth within the industry.
Any content creator living in Eswatini is eligible to register, and the ministry says the initiative is part of a broader government vision to build an inclusive, innovative and digitally empowered Eswatini where creators are recognised, supported and included in the country’s digital future.
The registration drive is being run in collaboration with the Eswatini Communications Commission.
