Malkerns – Small businesses, artisans and food vendors have been given more time to apply for trading opportunities at the 2026 Standard Bank Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival, with the application deadline extended to Friday, 13 June 2026.
The festival, described as one of the region’s most vibrant celebrations of food, fashion, music and culture, is calling on creatives, culinary entrepreneurs, artisans and experiential service providers to submit their applications at https://bit.ly/LujuFestivalTradersApplication.
Trading opportunities are available across four categories. The Luju Food Garden is seeking speciality vendors serving authentic, diverse and memorable culinary experiences. The Luju Fashion Café is looking for traders celebrating local style, beauty, craftsmanship and design talent. The Luju Beehive is a family-friendly hub for vendors offering food, activities and entertainment for children, while an Experiential Services category is open to those with unique offerings that can elevate the overall festival experience.
Organisers are asking applicants to review the Trader Information Packs available on Slide 3 of the application form before submitting, as the packs contain important details about each trader category, the Luju 2026 theme and the selection criteria.
Successful applicants will be notified on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, with organisers confirming that only those who make the final selection will be contacted.
Those with queries can reach the organisers at traders@house-on-fire.com.
