The Ingwenyama Cup last 32 draw conducted at Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (SMVAF) Headquarters produced interesting ties that included Pigg’s Peak Black Swallows clash with Mbabane Highlanders and a repeat of the MoMo Cup semi-final match between Lozitha Spurs and Mbabane Swallows.
The last 32 matches will be played on the first weekend of the New Year, January 6-7 2024 in different venues across the country. Present during the draw were the Ingwenyama Cup main committee chairman Prince Bukhosi (representing Prince Hlangabeza), SMVAF CEO David Myeni, EFA president representative Comfort Shongwe, PLE Chairman Mark Carmichael among other dignitaries and club representatives.
The draw was such that all the Premier League teams and the top two from the National First Division were seeded. The second position in the NFD will be decided on Wednesday after the Malanti Chiefs and Ubombo Flyers game which was postponed about two weeks ago.
