A team from the Small Enterprise Development Company (Sedco) is currently on a four-day study visit to the Small Enterprise Development Finance Agency (Sedfa) in Pretoria, South Africa.
The delegation, which includes a representative from Eswatini’s Ministry of Commerce, is exploring Sedfa’s operational strategies to enhance support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) back home.
The visit focuses on learning Sedfa’s approaches to program delivery, financing models, and impact assessment methods. Sedco hopes to adapt these lessons to build a stronger and more sustainable MSME sector in Eswatini.
