IRDM College to train influencers in digital skills

MAHLANYA – IRDM College Eswatini is organising a one-day digital marketing workshop for local influencers, aiming to strengthen the country’s digital economy through strategic content creation and responsible online engagement.

Scheduled for Saturday, July 19, the Digital Spark: Influence & Impact workshop will take place at the IRDM Campus, Mahlanya, opposite Lwechwelight, running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The session includes hands-on training and a networking lunch.

The event targets Eswatini-based influencers with 5,000 or more followers. While select individuals have already been invited, others who meet the criteria are encouraged to express their interest.

The college, founded in 2013 and registered with the Eswatini Higher Education Council, says the workshop is part of its broader mission to provide flexible and competitive higher education that responds to the evolving digital space. Participants will engage with trainers from across Africa, gaining insights into content strategy, personal branding, ethical digital leadership, and audience engagement.

Those who attend will also receive a 50% discount on IRDM’s certified short course in digital marketing.
