Ezulwini – Permanent shareholders and investors of Status Capital Building Society are expected to gather in Ezulwini next week for a meeting aimed at updating stakeholders on the society’s current position and legal standing.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Sibane Sami Hotel in Zulwini, starting at 10 am. Status Capital Members have convened to engage its permanent shareholders and investors on key developments affecting the institution.
According to the notice circulated to members, the agenda includes a current update on the operations of Status Capital Building Society, a briefing from the legal team and the consideration of resolutions. Space has also been allocated for announcements by members. 
All permanent shareholders and investors have been invited to attend. Members planning to be part of the meeting have been advised to bring their identity documents along with copies of their investment certificates for verification purposes.
