MLILWANE – The Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, working with the Eswatini Tourism Authority, has unveiled the 2026 Easter tourism campaign under the theme Adventure Awaits at Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary.
The campaign was officially launched today by the Honourable Minister for Tourism and Environmental Affairs at the wildlife sanctuary, setting the tone for the Easter season and rallying emaSwati and visitors from across the country’s borders to explore local destinations.
Carrying the banner #AdventureAwaits, the initiative calls on travellers to look beyond traditional Easter activities. Organisers are challenging every Liswati and international visitor with a simple message: “This year, don’t just find eggs but go out and explore Nature.”

The launch brought together tourism stakeholders and corporate partners who have thrown their weight behind the campaign. Sponsors include Hotaes, Spotted Horse Eswatini, Mbabane Motors Foton, Parmalat Eswatini and Big Game Parks. Their support is expected to drive visibility and encourage domestic travel during the holiday period.
Speaking at the event, Eswatini Tourism Authority Chief Executive Officer Vusie Norman Dlamini spoke about the broader objective of positioning the Kingdom as a competitive destination.

“At Eswatini Tourism Authority, we are deeply passionate about showcasing the wonders of our beautiful Kingdom,” says Dlamini. “I believe this campaign offers an exciting opportunity for all Eswatini residents, as well as the regional and international market, to rediscover the magic within our borders.”
The CEO said the Authority is committed to ensuring the Kingdom remains a destination of choice for discerning travellers by leveraging its landscapes and cultural heritage to stimulate tourism growth.

Head of Marketing at the tourism authority, Chunky Mdluli Dlamini, acknowledged the partners driving the #AdventureAwaits campaign and thanked Spotted Horse Eswatini, Foton through Mbabane Motors and Big Game Parks for ensuring that Destination Eswatini is fully unpacked for travellers seeking beauty, adventure and culture.
The campaign aims to showcase the country’s vibrant cultural tapestry, sweeping landscapes and the royal experience available to visitors over Easter and beyond. Organisers also extended appreciation to Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary for hosting the launch.
