The MTN Bushfire Festival Firefly Finale delivered a night to remember at House on Fire, with MCO Jamrock, Emagagu and JD claiming the top three spots and securing performance slots at this year’s festival running from May 29 to 31.
The three winners walked away with a Samsung Galaxy A37 valued at E10,000 each, an MTN Lula Combo with 20GB of data monthly for 12 months, a performance slot at the MTN Bushfire 2026 Firefly Stage, a full tuition scholarship with Limkokwing Eswatini, and a professionally recorded single plus mentorship from Kingdom XLR.
The event, hosted by MCs King Terry and Bello, drew loud and energetic support from local youth who packed House on Fire for what turned out to be a thrilling showcase of rising Swazi talent.
Beyond the top three, the Top 10 finalists also left with something to show for their efforts, each receiving studio time courtesy of ENCAC, along with a live podcast capturing their Firefly journey.
South African rapper Blxckie brought the curtain down in style, delivering a high-energy set that had the crowd singing along, dancing and calling for more well after his final track wrapped up.
