The Piggs Peak Town Council is calling on business owners, managers, entrepreneurs and young people in the area to attend a Business Management Training Workshop scheduled for May 8, 2026, at the Council Chamber.
The workshop, running from 8:30am to 1:30pm, is designed to help businesses in the town operate legally, efficiently and sustainably.
Participants can expect training on environmental health compliance, proper record keeping and financial management, business financing and funding opportunities, procedures for acquiring and renewing trading licenses, tax compliance procedures, and structural safety, zoning and development compliance requirements. 
The council says the training is open to business owners, business managers, senior staff from local businesses, startup entrepreneurs operating within the town and the youth.
