The Motshane Youth Committee brought together young people from the community last Saturday for a Youth Empowerment Day held at Motshane Inkhundla, covering health awareness, HIV and AIDS education, and personal development.
The event created a space for youth to engage in open discussions on issues that directly affect their lives, with sessions encouraging young people to make informed choices and strengthen their understanding of those issues.
Other sessions focused on mindset change and self-growth, with facilitators motivating young people to take charge of their futures through education, discipline, and positive decision-making.
The event was organised under the Eswatini National Youth Council and reflected what organisers described as a strong commitment to youth empowerment and community development, with the message that young people who are supported and informed “are capable of building stronger and brighter futures.”
