Officers from His Majesty’s Correctional Services visited Hhohho AME Primary School recently to talk to pupils about the dangers of gangsterism, substance abuse and other destructive behaviours that continue to affect young people across the Kingdom.
The outreach was led by HMCS Deputy Public Relations Officer Assistant Chief Officer Baphelele Kunene, who was accompanied by Correctional Officers Mfundo Dlamini, Luvuyo Dlamini and Sanele Simelane.
During the session, the officers urged learners to resist peer pressure, stay focused on their studies and keep away from drugs, alcohol and criminal activities. The pupils were also encouraged to grow into disciplined and responsible citizens who contribute positively to their communities. 
School Head Phiwa Dlamini welcomed the visit, saying the programme was crucial in shaping the future of young children and shielding them from harmful influences.
