FSRA wraps up student job shadowing programme

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) on Monday, May 5, hosted a farewell ceremony for nine high school students who completed a two-week job shadowing programme facilitated by Junior Achievement Eswatini (JA) and Sifundzani High School.

The students, drawn from Inkhanyeti High School, Swazi National High School, Our Lady of Sorrows High School, U-Tech High School, and Sifundzani High School, were placed in various FSRA departments including IT, Human Resources, Finance, Market Conduct Supervision, Internal Audit, and Prudential Supervision. The placement ran from 22 April to 2 May 2025.

FSRA Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ncamiso T. Ntshalintshali, addressed the students during the event, commending their curiosity and discipline throughout the programme.

Kenyah Hillary from Our Lady of Sorrows High School, one of the participants, described the programme as eye-opening, saying it helped her understand how different departments within the financial sector operate.
