MBABANE – A newly opened auto parts supplier in the capital has pledged to operate around the clock to support vehicle owners across Eswatini.
Isematholeni Auto Spares, launched this week, announced that it will run a 24-hour service facility alongside extended shop hours from 8am to 8pm daily. The business is located in Mbabane and is positioning itself as a reliable partner for motorists needing urgent parts or assistance at any time of the day.
Director Nkhosinathi Khanyile, speaking during the official opening, said the idea stemmed from a need to ease delays faced by car owners and transport operators when sourcing spare parts after hours. He described the move as a response to a common challenge in the local automotive landscape — the lack of accessible support services during emergencies.

Khanyile, who has spent years managing operations in the hospitality sector, said his experience shaped the customer-first strategy behind Isematholeni Auto Spares. He pointed to lessons learned in high-demand service environments as the foundation for launching a spares outlet focused on convenience and dependability.
The shop aims to serve individuals, transport businesses, and fleet managers who rely heavily on timely repairs and part replacements to keep their vehicles on the road.
