Manzini — His Majesty’s Correctional Services (HMCS) unveiled its new Health and Wellness Policy alongside the Strategic Plan for 2024 to 2028 at The George Hotel on Wednesday.

Commissioner General LaMakhosini Phindile Dlamini officially endorsed the documents during the event, which brought together HMCS Executive Command, senior officers, officers-in-charge, heads of sections, Correctional Staff Association members, and station representatives.

The Commissioner General acknowledged the support provided by the World Health Organization, UNAIDS, Eswatini National AIDS Program (ENAP), and various partners who contributed technical, strategic, and financial assistance throughout the development process.

Gratitude was also extended to the Ministries of Health, Justice and Constitutional Affairs, and Public Service for their collaboration in finalising the policy and plan.
