Ministry calls students to Limkokwing interviews

Mbabane — The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has announced that students who applied for scholarships to study at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology will be interviewed between August 19 and September 1 at the ministry’s conference room in Mbabane. Sessions will start daily at 9:00 in the morning.

Applicants are required to attend with a parent or legal guardian and must present original copies of several documents. These include the admission letter from Limkokwing, a Form 5 certificate along with any other tertiary qualifications, a national identity card, a birth certificate, and where applicable, a death certificate of parents.

The ministry has released a timetable assigning specific dates for different degree programmes. Names of students called for each session have already been published to ensure order and avoid delays.

The process will open on Tuesday, August 19, with interviews for applicants to the Associate Degree in Architecture and Business Information Technology. On Wednesday, August 20, remaining applicants for Business Information Technology will be interviewed together with those applying for the Associate Degree in Business Management.

Thursday, August 21, is set aside for more Business Management applicants as well as students seeking Associate Degrees in Creative Multimedia and Event Management. The following day, August 22, candidates for Graphic Design and Hotel Management will be assessed.

The second week of interviews begins on Monday, August 25, running until Wednesday, August 27, for students applying for the Associate Degree in Information Technology. On the final day, August 27, the ministry will also interview candidates for the Associate Degree in International Tourism.
