ENPF declares 10% members interest for 2024/2025

Mbabane – The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) announced a 10% members’ interest for the 2024/2025 period during a press conference held today at Summerfield Botanical Gardens.

The Board of ENPF reported an operating surplus of E631.2 million for the year ending 30 June 2025, up from E532.4 million in 2024 and E446.4 million in 2023. Revenue over the past three years has risen steadily to E782.7 million this year, E682.7 million in 2024, and E595.3 million in 2023, attributed to the Fund’s investment strategy and cost-conscious management.

The Board noted that ENPF is mandated to declare no less than 3% interest annually, making the 10% payout a 14% increase from the 8.65% declared in 2024 and a rise from 6.5% in 2023.

Nathi Dlamini described the Fund as a key pillar of social protection, while Tum Du Pont of the Federation of Eswatini Business Community said the move brings hope and dignity to employees, especially those in SMMEs without pension schemes.

The Board assured members that their interests remain a priority, reflecting ENPF’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical governance.
