MANZINI — Prominent governance expert and community leader Senzo Hlatshwayo has been announced as one of the keynote speakers at the upcoming Think Beyond Employment Conference 2025, organised by Ox Purple Consultancy.
The event will take place on Saturday, 8 November 2025, at The George Hotel in Manzini. It aims to equip professionals and entrepreneurs with tools to build confidence, clarity, and success through coaching, training, and digital transformation.
Hlatshwayo, who currently serves as Chairman of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), has held several leadership roles in Eswatini and beyond. His portfolio includes chairing the Swatini Action Group Against Abuse (SWAGAA) and Compassionate Eswatini, serving on the board of the Eswatini Communications Commission, and leading His Grace Church as Founder and Senior Pastor. 
With years of experience in corporate governance, advocacy, and community development, Hlatshwayo is expected to share insights on visionary leadership and purpose-driven governance as drivers of Africa’s evolving workforce and economy.
