Police in Matsapha are investigating a robbery that left a 25 year old woman from Mbikwakhe without E23 700 in cash and two cell phones after she was attacked on her way home in Mhlaleni.
The incident occurred on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at about 1900 hours. According to the Royal Eswatini Police Service, four suspects allegedly confronted the woman as she was returning home and threatened her with a knife while demanding money and valuables.
The victim is reported to be a partner in a mobile money business operating in Manzini City Centre. Police say the assailants took the cash and two cell phones, bringing the total value of the stolen items to E25 850.
Officers have since launched investigations into the matter and are working to trace the four suspects involved in the attack.
