Mbabane – Bashbop, a global AI-driven platform for event management, has opened its services to users in Eswatini, offering businesses and organizers advanced tools to plan, manage, and host events efficiently. Founded by Olusegun Olumbe, the platform combines technology and business solutions to streamline the entire event process—from setup and vendor coordination to guest engagement and post-event analytics.

The AI assistant, Bash, guides users through event creation using natural language or voice input, generating professional titles, detailed descriptions, and intelligent pricing recommendations based on event type, location, capacity, and market trends. Organizers can manage RSVPs, assign seating with drag-and-drop tools, and use QR codes for seamless guest check-ins. Real-time analytics provide insights into attendance and engagement, helping organizers make informed decisions.

Bashbop connects event creators with pre-vetted vendors such as photographers, caterers, and venues, while supporting both in-person and virtual events. Virtual event features include interactive digital spaces, 3D layouts, video integration, and networking tools that simulate a physical experience.

Local users in Eswatini have reported improved efficiency using the platform. A Mbabane couple noted that Bashbop’s RSVP management, table assignments, and post-event communication tools made their wedding planning “seamless.” Conference organizers praised the QR check-in system and live analytics for handling large events smoothly.

Olusegun Olumbe said the platform was developed to reduce complexity in event management while empowering small vendors and organizers. “Bashbop merges technology with business needs, enabling anyone to host professional events and strengthen community connections,” he explained.

Bashbop is designed to be accessible, with its web and mobile platforms built to international accessibility standards, including features like closed captioning, accessible seating, and detailed pre-event information for attendees.

The platform is now available in Eswatini and globally, allowing users to create events in minutes without a credit card, manage vendors, coordinate teams in real time, and analyze post-event data to improve future planning.
