Mbabane – Government Communications Officers at the Private and Cabinet Office gathered today to discuss the role of communication in advancing national priorities.

Russell Mmiso Dlamini, who led the session, told officers that effective communication is essential for promoting government policies, programmes, and service delivery initiatives, while also shaping public perception. He noted improvements in how Eswatini is perceived internationally, attributing this to the work of the communications team.

“I urge you to continue amplifying positive, human-centred stories that showcase the real impact of Government work on the lives of emaSwati,” Dlamini said.

The meeting also addressed the rise of Artificial Intelligence and the need to use it responsibly, ensuring that credible and accurate information remains visible and accessible to the public.
