Mbabane – The Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA) has taken part in a series of leadership development initiatives organised by the Leadership Growth Forum (LGF), as part of the authority’s broader push to build a culture of continuous learning within its ranks.

The engagements kicked off with an exclusive CEO Nights Podcast session held at Mountain View Hotel, where Nyimpini Mabunda sat down with globally recognised business leader Professor Bonang Mohale. The conversation touched on purpose, transformation, and building impactful legacies.

The authority then joined a Book Review forum alongside other organisations, where three of Professor Mohale’s works took centre stage: Lift As You Rise, Behold the Turtle, and Coming in from the Cold. The forum gave ESWACAA’s cross-functional team the chance to engage with ideas on resilience, systemic transformation, and institutional growth drawn from the professor’s writings.

ESWACAA said the back-to-back engagements were more than routine corporate events, describing them as “strategic platforms to network, collaborate, and bring visionary thinking back into our daily operations.”

The authority said it remains committed to cultivating an organisational culture rooted in professional growth by “consistently engaging with great minds.”
