REPS officers complete customer care and records training

Mbabane – More than 50 Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) officers have completed two training courses focused on Quality Service Delivery, Customer Care and Records Management, with certificates awarded to mark their completion.

The closing ceremony was held on Wednesday, with Deputy National Commissioner of Police Ms. Bonsile Masuku representing National Commissioner during the occasion. Masuku commended the officers for their commitment and expressed hope that the training would help address the many grievances members of the public have raised about police conduct.

She encouraged the officers to strive for professionalism and efficiency in their daily duties.

Speaking on behalf of participants from both courses, Constable Penelope Simelane and Constable Ncamiso Mamba thanked the National Commissioner of Police for the training opportunity. The two officers promised to apply the knowledge and skills acquired with dedication, integrity and diligence in service to the public.
