Mbabane – The Cultural Heritage Department of the Eswatini National Trust Commission attended an exhibition event hosted by Semester 4 International Tourism students at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology on Thursday, 28 May 2026, where the Kingdom’s traditional wedding ceremony took centre stage.
The exhibition, held at the LUCT Multipurpose Hall lawn, was part of a class project in which students were challenged to select a country, conduct in-depth research and deliver a live presentation covering each destination’s clothing, cuisine and top attractions.

The event came alive with traditional dances from various countries, a food tasting experience and cultural exchanges that drew attendees into the richness of the destinations on display.
The ENTC contributed to the event by delivering a lecture on the Swati Traditional Wedding, known as Umtsimba, sharing the beauty, significance and heritage of the ceremony with students and industry partners in attendance.

The exhibition demonstrated what the ENTC described as real industry readiness among the participating students, with the presentations combining research depth with engaging live delivery.
