Dr. Loretta Mkhonta, CEO of the Eswatini Higher Education Council (ESHEC), is part of a high-level delegation in Namibia, engaging with the European Union on matters of national development and skills advancement.

The delegation, led by Makhosini S Mndawe, Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, also includes key figures such as Mboni Dlamimi, Executive Secretary of the Eswatini Qualifications Authority, Business Eswatini CEO Nathi Dlamini, and Earnest Simelane, Director of the Directorate of Industrial Vocational Training.

This strategic dialogue, supported by the EU Delegation, is represented by Allen Dlamini, Programme Manager for Skills Development, and Rolf Strier, Team Leader of the EU Cooperation Facility.
