PM meets Indian minister to boost bilateral ties

Mbabane – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini held talks with India’s Minister of State for External Affairs, Hon. Pabitra Margherita, at the Cabinet Offices yesterday, focusing on strengthening cooperation between Eswatini and India.

The meeting, which took place on Friday afternoon, followed a courtesy visit by the Indian minister who had earlier engaged with His Majesty King Mswati III at Lozitha Palace.

Discussions centred on reinforcing the partnership between the two countries, which has spanned over five decades, with particular focus on expanding collaboration in education and healthcare.

Margherita conveyed a goodwill message from the Government of India to His Majesty, expressing appreciation for the hospitality extended to him during his visit.
