The event showcased 30 young talents trained under the Talent 4 Startups Digital Africa Program offered by Tofara Online.

The job fair provided a platform for students to connect with potential employers and explore entrepreneurial opportunities. Talent 4 Startups – Digital Africa is a programme offering scholarships and practical training in high-demand digital skills to young Africans, preparing them for careers in the tech and startup sectors while fostering self-reliance.

Mr. Ndlangamandla described the programme as an investment in the future of Eswatini’s digital economy. “Digital Africa, through this programme, has boldly stepped forward to equip young people with high-demand skills such as digital marketing, content creation, online branding, e-commerce, and remote service delivery. These are not just skills for jobs — these are skills for self-reliance. Skills that allow you to start businesses, offer services online, and support companies and entrepreneurs across Africa and beyond.
