Mbombela – Members of Eswatini’s Parliament Portfolio Committee joined the Ministry of Labour and Social Security for an interactive workshop in Mbombela, South Africa, to review the Eswatini National Pension Fund Bill.
The session brought together the House of Assembly Chairman, parliamentarians, the Ministry’s delegation, ENPF management and a consulting team. Participants conducted a detailed clause-by-clause discussion of the bill, examining its provisions and potential impact on the pension system.
Officials described the discussions as constructive, aimed at building a shared understanding of the legislation. The workshop will continue tomorrow, with a roadmap for the bill’s progression expected to be presented.
