Mbabane – Central Bank of Eswatini Governor made an unannounced appearance before a group of graduate trainees on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, walking into their Effective Communication training session on its final day at the CBE Conference Hall.

The Governor used the opportunity to share his personal communication formula with the trainees, which he called “CCV”, standing for Content, Clarity, and Voice.

On Content, he told the graduate trainees: “Be a specialist in your content. Enrich it, internalize it, and be thorough in your preparation.”

He then broke down the second pillar, saying: “Clarity comes through simplicity and context.” On Voice, he urged the trainees to be articulate and to “pitch the voice at the level of their audience.”

The training session was facilitated by the Bank’s Lead Specialist for Communications, Lwazi Dlamini, and the Governor took a moment to commend the decision to use someone from within the institution rather than bringing in an outside expert.

He applauded the Bank’s Talent Management Team for recognising internal talent at a time when most organisations look elsewhere, even when capable people already exist within their ranks.
