Mbabane – Deputy Prime Minister Thulisile Dladla on Wednesday officially handed over two Neighbourhood Care Points (NCPs) at Lufasini and Madelezini in Mayiwane Inkhundla, bringing relief to caregivers who had for years been preparing meals for vulnerable children in the most difficult of conditions.

Before the handover, caregivers at Lufasini were cooking in a makeshift kitchen with no roof above their heads, while those at Madelezini had no choice but to prepare meals under trees, regardless of weather conditions.

The two newly constructed facilities now provide safe, dignified and sustainable spaces where caregivers can prepare nutritious meals for vulnerable children under proper conditions.
