Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) Chief Executive Officer, Futhi Tembe, has been appointed to the board of CMF Africa, an organisation focused on grooming the next generation of African leaders.

Tembe’s appointment was recently confirmed by the board of CMF Africa, which is made up of professionals and visionaries from across the continent. Her new role will involve contributing to leadership development initiatives aimed at empowering African youth to lead, innovate and thrive.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Tembe holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership and is a certified graduate of the Governance and Executive Development Programme (GEDP). She currently leads the ENPF, one of Eswatini’s key social security institutions.
