MBABANE – On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Dual M Investment delivered 20 bags of cement to the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office to aid in the construction of Mlulami Dlamini’s double‑storey home in KaMagele, Hlatsi.
The donation was handed over by Dual M director Muzi Mamba and site agent Phesheya Mnisi to Acting Prime Minister Senator Thulisile Dladla, who received the materials on behalf of the project. Mamba explained that the company “saw an opportunity to contribute to the building of Mlulami’s house,” prompting the gift of cement.
Dladla thanked the firm, noting that every contribution—no matter the size—plays a vital role in community‑led building initiatives. She confirmed the cement will be dispatched from the NDMA warehouse straight to the Hlatsi site.
