MTN offers free digital skills training for Emaswati

MBABANE – MTN Eswatini is inviting young people across the country to register for its free online learning platform, the MTN Digital Skills Academy, which provides training in digital and financial skills to prepare them for the growing digital economy.

The initiative, launched as part of MTN’s Ambition 2025 strategy and aligned with the African Union’s Digital Transformation Strategy, offers career-focused courses designed to boost employment opportunities across the continent. Participants can choose from pathways such as product analysis, app development, data analytics, and social media management.

The programme is open to the public and is particularly targeting school leavers, job seekers, and those hoping to transition into digital careers. Training ranges from basic to advanced levels, with content created in partnership with international providers like Coursera and local organisations such as the PACE Career Centre.
