Piggs Peak – MTN Eswatini Chief Executive Officer Wandile Mtshali continued his farewell visits to frontline teams this week as his term with the company draws to a close in October.
Accompanied by the executive committee, Mtshali met staff from Siteki to Piggs Peak, where he discussed future-fit skills being introduced through the MTN Skills Academy. He also received feedback from employees on customer needs, which the executive team committed to address.
At Piggs Peak, local trade partners expressed sadness at his impending departure, noting the positive role he has played in growing their businesses and fostering strong partnerships. The Hhohho team presented him with a handcrafted farewell gift, a gesture that reflected the esteem in which he is held.
