On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, the Sincephetelo MVA Fund (SMVAF) showcased progress in emergency medical care with a tour of the Mshinande EMS Stabilization Centre. CEO Khangeziwe Mabuza led the delegation through the facility, a key SMVAF project developed in partnership with the Emergency Preparedness & Response (EPR) Unit.
The tour was guided by Dr. Masitsela Mhlanga, who detailed the centre’s life-saving capabilities. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to stabilize road crash victims during the critical “golden hour,” when timely intervention can significantly improve chances of survival.
Among the guests were Dr. Advocate Dlamini from Ekuphileni Clinic, Nkululeko Mavuso, representing Chief Ngangaza, and SMVAF Corporate Executive Sam Mzileni. Macobhacobha Dlamini from the Ministry of Tourism and Forestry was also present, alongside delegations from both SMVAF and Ekuphileni Clinic Management, as well as EPR officers stationed at the facility.
