Ajman, United Arab Emirates – Ajman Properties Corporation, known as Aqaar, has partnered with Thailand’s Dusit International to develop the Dusit Thani Residences Ajman, the first international branded residential project in the emirate. The launch was announced on 12 February 2026 in Ajman, marking a new benchmark for luxury living in the Northern Emirates.
The project will feature 328 branded apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, all designed with spacious interiors, private balconies, high quality finishes and dedicated parking. Residents will also have access to lifestyle facilities including a waterfront facing café lobby, private cinema, gym, yoga and wellness rooms, spa, children’s club, and co working spaces. The aim is to combine luxury, wellness and productivity under the Dusit Thani hospitality standards.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Aqaar, said “this signing represents an important moment for the real estate sector in Ajman. Under the agreement, Dusit International will provide brand oversight and hospitality expertise to support Aqaar in delivering a meticulously managed residential environment aligned with the brand’s long term vision. The project is intended to attract both regional and international investors while meeting growing demand for internationally branded luxury residences.
