Mbabane – The Royal Eswatini Police Service has arrested three men in connection with separate rape cases targeting children and an elderly woman.
A 27-year-old man from Dvudvusini, Mankayane, was apprehended by Pigg’s Peak Police on April 6, 2026, for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl from Dryhoek. Police reports state the assault occurred around 08:30 in a forest near the Nkomazi area. The suspect faces charges under the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Act of 2018.
In Manzini, authorities arrested a 38-year-old man from Madlangempisi for allegedly sexually violating a 10-year-old girl from Mangwaneni. The incident reportedly happened on April 6, 2026, at approximately 16:00 in a bush in the Mangwaneni area. 
Lubulini Police also arrested a 40-year-old man from St Philips for allegedly raping a 67-year-old woman from Mbutfu. Police say the assault took place on March 24, 2026, around 21:00 inside the victim’s home. The arrest was made on April 5, 2026, at about 10:00.
