Ezulwini – The Minister of Information, Communications and Technology joined members of the Senate Portfolio Committee, government stakeholders and sector representatives on Monday for a workshop on the proposed Critical Infrastructure Protection Bill.
The workshop was held at the EWSC Auditorium in Ezulwini and served as a platform for engagement on how best to strengthen the protection, resilience and security of Eswatini’s critical infrastructure as the country becomes increasingly digital and interconnected.
Discussions at the workshop centred on the need for a strong legal and policy framework that would safeguard essential national systems and services against emerging threats while at the same time supporting innovation, economic stability and national development.
