Senior and middle management officials from Eswatini’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade gathered on Monday for a planning session focused on the government’s Performance Management System, as the country moves to strengthen accountability and service delivery across its public sector.

The session was held under the leadership and guidance of the Ministry of Public Service and brought together officials from across the ministry to align strategic objectives, review performance management priorities and strengthen the framework guiding how results are delivered.

Officials used the session to reflect on institutional priorities, clarify performance expectations and reinforce the role of the Performance Management System in driving results across all departments.
