Addis Ababa – A young Liswati has represented the Kingdom of Eswatini at a high-level continental forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, wearing traditional attire throughout the event as a proud display of the country’s cultural heritage.
Sukoluhle Nxumalo attended the AfriCreative Future Forum (ACFF), which was convened by the UNESCO Liaison Office to the African Union Commission (AUC) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).
The forum brought together young creatives, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across Africa under the theme “Promoting Peace, Social Cohesion and Unity in the AI Era.”

Nxumalo took part in high-level discussions on ethical artificial intelligence, youth entrepreneurship, cultural empowerment, and the role of young people in advancing peace and sustainable development across the continent.
The Eswatini National Commission for UNESCO, which reported on his participation on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, said his attendance “reflects the important role that Eswatini’s youth continue to play in shaping Africa’s future through innovation, creativity, dialogue, and cultural exchange.”
