Young professionals and students gathered at the American Corners this week for Action Junction, a monthly platform created to tackle emerging issues and inspire innovation across Eswatini.
This month’s session, held in Mbabane, focused on the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace. The discussion, themed “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace,” was led by visiting U.S. tech expert Kirby Collins.
Participants engaged in hands-on training on prompt engineering — a method used to refine communication with AI systems for faster and more accurate outputs. The goal was to equip attendees with tools to increase productivity, address real-world problems, and improve their professional capabilities using AI.
The event was organised by YALI alumni Sifiso Magagula, with support from the U.S. Embassy Eswatini.
